House of Poetess is the practice of placing yourself
inside the living house-heart of poetry —
returning again and again, until it is Home.
You are held in a field of creative accountability
and wildly alive expansion,
surrounded by other women artists, poets, and creatives
equally devoted to their inner worlds.
For eight weeks, we live inside poetry —
not as an idea, but as a way of being.
This space is for women who know, in their bones,
that poetry is not something they want to do —
it is something they are ready to inhabit.

You know the feeling after you write a really fucking true journal entry?
Or a poem that’s been stuck in your throat for months?
Or a prophetic dream?
Or a channeled sentence?
Or a song?
It doesn’t just happen.
(and it does….sometimes….)
But in order for it to happen, it often takes devotion.
It takes showing up humbly to the field of creative possibility
over and over and over again.
Be super honest with yourself —
how many of us actually carve out consistent time for this devotion?
Do you?
And if the answer is no, I won’t ask you why. because we can come up with a myriad of excuses why we don’t show up to our soul-spinning, our art, our craft.
What I will ask you is, do you want to?
Does your soul want to?
Does your heart want to?
If the answer is a screaming shouting resounding yes,
you’ve been placed here for a reason.
That’s what House of Poetess is for.

and into its living body.

Through somatic grounding, nervous-system nourishment,

we open the creative channels that allow poetry
